The Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMAs) we posted in our last blog article has come into effect on 01 January 2019.

For the Northern Territory, this is DAMA II and the NT government has now released 117 occupations eligible under this program and most occupations are eligible for English and income concession.

Please refer to attached article for the list of shortlisted occupations available under this agreement.

We welcome all employers and prospective candidates looking to utilize this pathway to contact us today for a detailed discussion.

Over the next five years, low skilled migrants with limited English will have the option to apply for permanent residency after living and working in the Northern Territory for at least three years.
